Energi Print now has the capabilities of waterless printing, which is almost environmentally neutral. It’s a chemical free way of printing. The inks are made from raw vegetable bases which means that all the equipment can be washed in water – it’s like using water based paints rather than oil based paints. No fresh water is used in the waterless printing process and no volatile organic compounds are produced. Waterless printing gives the same high quality results while having less impact on the environment.

Our six colour press is the only full size press in Australia capable of doing waterless printing. As an environmentally conscious printer we feel it’s important that we be at the leading edge of any new environmentally friendly print technologies.

We’re also one of only three Australian printers to be members of the Waterless Printing Association.
